DISCORD TO DISCOURSE

BUILD A CULTURE OF CLEAR THINKING AND SPIRITED COLLABORATION

ABOUT thinkCULTURE WORKSHOPS

Developed in response to documented discourse breakdowns in learning, living, and working communities, thinkCULTURE workshops expose participants to tools for clear and fearless communication that builds institutional cohesion.

thinkCULTURE is offered by ThinkerAnalytix, a non-profit organization spun out of the Department of Philosophy at Harvard University.

OUR TOOLS

Systematic Empathy is a step-by-step method for precise listening. Participants slow down their thinking to better understand the logic and context of an opposing view.

Argument Mapping helps participants uncover hidden reasons, faulty logic, as well as points of connection.

In building a new frame, participants gain a framework for understanding how emotional drivers impact group decision making and disagreements.

ABOUT US

thinkCULTURE is offered by ThinkerAnalytix, a non-profit organization spun out of the Harvard University Department of Philosophy. Why philosophy? For philosophers, disagreement is expected, even invited, to tackle seemingly intractable problems. History shows that progress happens through disagreement that is inquisitive, respectful, and fearless.

We leverage thousands of years of tools from philosophy and custom technology to offer a portfolio of programs that teach productive disagreement as an essential part of learning and working communities.
